This is a 4 hour process to get it like this. Traditional Italian spaghetti bolognaise. Topped with Pecorino Romano. Ingredients. Onion Carrot Celery speck, I prefer it Tomato paste Tomato puree Beef stock Red wine Milk Salt Pepper Bay leaves Oregano Use fettuccine, sauce sticks to it better. Only high quality Italian pasta. Optional (Worcestershire Sauce)
