@JORMUNGAND_rr That’s not really disposing of anything that’s just storing it somewhere for the time being. Also JJH didn’t have access to majority of the fingers so storing the ones they had in one location that could be taken all at once isn’t really a great idea.

I’m literally showing you a panel of him interrogating him, panda refuses to answer then tries to get Kashimo. Then Kashimo gives up on him and shoots him with a bolt. Notices he’s still alive and continues the interrogation.

He literally has all the charges for a bolt here and is letting panda live so he can interrogate him. He only continues after he shoots him with the bolt because panda is still alive after refusing to answer.
