Off day. Shirt splattered and stained opening a biopsy tray, lunch spilled on slacks, joke misunderstood by (now ticked off?) coworker. Ugh.

Homemade Thai-style curry w/ homemade paneer for lunch today. Mixing cultures is delicious!

Just leaving work, and starting a week's vacation. Boarding passes printed, pack tonight, fly out tomorrow. Fly away, fly away...

Home again, with an evening to myself. Curling up with cocoa, crosswords, and kitties.

Nice relaxing day today. Tomorrow will be busier - morning errands, afternoon yard work. Many many seeds to plant!

Day 3 of the local earthquake drill. Just realized it's still been going on since the "quake" on Friday. Great communication!

mmm... A bowl of home-canned tomatoes with cottage cheese. Every now and then, that just hits the spot!

Car in for repair today, to fix an annoying whistle. Requested rt side parts, received lt side parts. Another day at the library for me.

Feeling tired and antisocial at the end of a long, busy day. Ready to go home and curl up with my audio book and my kitties!

Only woking a half day today, then pie tonight. mmmm, pie......

The past week it wasn't a mere cold keeping me up nights. Yest urgent care visit gave dx of allergy-induced asthma. Non-breathing explained!

Hurray! One hour countdown to the weekend. No obligations Sat, brunch and Lipizzaners Sun. Hasn't been a brilliant week - happy to say bye.

Good day at work, on call tonight. Have the munchies something bad this afternoon!

Woo hoo! Not on call tonight! Strawberry freezer jam to be made instead!

Yesterday's shopping list consisted of a flat of local strawberries, and fresh challah bread from the Hungarian bakery. Who needs more!

Monday over and past - the rest of the week should be a breeze! Getting itchy feet this spring - will be glad to be on the road Friday.

Gearing up for biannual CPR training today - woohoo!

Taking a break from a busy day off. Next project - organizing new set of kitchen shelves. At least I'll get my kitchen counter back.
