Judge William Dykes ordered the physical removal of his testicles as part of the plea agreement under Louisiana’s tough new laws targeting child sex offenders. Sullivan chose surgery over additional prison time. This marks one of the first instances of court-mandated surgical castration in the state for such horrific crimes.
