Sitting on my virgin Atlantic flight having a completely different experience to my my wife on @AmericanAir. One has been excellent one unsurprisingly sub par. #anyonebutamericanairlines

Once again @AmericanAir treats disabled customers like shit. One of the many reasons I left for delta. Completely appalled at their behavior towards my wife flying from Madrid to Philadelphia

Compared to the new fleet @AmericanAir has @britishairways showing their fleets age this morning

@britishairways used to be one of the best now maybe the worst of the one world group if this mornings flight is to go by

@AmericanAir That’s what I thought yet there he was group 8 boarding with group 1. Oh well on to Spain

@AmericanAir just watched a group 8 passenger board in group 1. Maybe it’s the British in me but that seems wrong.
