35 years ago day @SUEtheTrex (FMNH PR 2081) was discovered by Sue Hendrickson. Few dinosaur specimens are as impressive, and our team has had the privilege of studying the original fossils & CT scan data many times. As always, thanks go to the @FieldMuseum for their support! 🦖

Had a fantastic time presenting my research at #RadRes2024 @RRS_RadRes ! Always exciting to see new FLASH research, make new connections and lab bonding (including a VERY competitive water slide competition). I even ran my first 5k since undergrad and explored Sabino Canyon

Finally back for the first time since my undergraduate days at #AACR2024. Excited to learn from and network with leaders at the cutting edge of cancer research and present my research

Bittersweet first, first-author paper is out today. This review has been a rollercoaster and I wish I could share it with Cullen, but I knew how proud he was that it got accepted, and how proud he would be that I navigated the process without him. link.springer.com/article/10.100…

@TaniguchiMD gave me bottles of red wine as payment for house sitting. My fiancée and I opened one Monday to celebrate a paper acceptance and a promising F31 score. Seems only fitting to finish it now. He knew what graduate students really wanted for their services 😅🤍🍷

I will forever cherish your mentorship not just in science, but in life. Thank you for helping me love science again when I really wanted to hate it forever, and for all our jokes and roasting. I have now lost 2 PhD mentors this year, and I have no more words

Yesterday I gave my first in-person oral presentation of graduate school and it had a LOT of negative data. Thank you to @TAPatGSBS @MDA_UTHGrad for being so supportive of a transparent talk about how projects develop and change drastically during a PhD
