🚨 In a 5-4 vote, the Supreme Court ruled that federal law does not require mail-in ballots to be received by Election Day, holding that states may count ballots postmarked by Election Day but received afterward if state law allows it.

The energy at the Florida GOP Sunshine State Showdown was second to none!
It was inspiring to spend time with grassroots leaders from every corner of our state who are energized, engaged, and ready to work to keep Florida the Free State of Florida and deliver a huge Republican victory this November.

It was an honor to accept the Statesman of the Year award today! Every person I spoke to made it abundantly clear: we NEED the SAVE America Act. I’m not going to stop fighting for it in the Senate. We haven’t run out of tools or time yet. Let’s get it done.
