The second debate was for Florida’s 19th District — moderated with @MarcACaputo and @BrendonLeslie.

@TheNimrodPod @EvanPower @Billhelmich @ByronDonalds Ummmm no lol. I can name 70 people I personally spoke to and I didn’t speak to 10% of the rooms.

Today was a great day at the Sunshine State Showdown at the Hard Rock. Kudos to @EvanPower and @Billhelmich for putting on a well organized and professional event. @ByronDonalds was incredible. No teleprompter speech with 30 minutes of open questions. And he nailed all of it. It’s clear why he has Trump’s endorsement. @ErikaDonalds is going to be a FORCE for years to come too. Education leader, business boss, very friendly, and tech savvy. It was great to see the Patriots and Builders of Florida like @megforflorida, @JuanPorrasFL, @GovGoneWild. I also want to acknowledge the other candidates. Campaigns are tough. In the era of social media, sometimes it’s hard to remember we’re on the same team while primaries are happening. I thought every candidate did a genuinely good job today. I said before and I’ll say it again. I will support whoever wins. I shook hands with @JayCollinsFL and @Collinslayla. I appreciate their service and they’ve been mutually respectful to me. I didn’t get a chance to meet @Paul_Renner but I thought he had a good speech too. I certainly appreciate his work as Florida Speaker. Ive made my support of Byron Donalds clear. But I will always respect good Republicans & show respect to people who respect me. With primaries happening, don’t forget how incredible Florida is and how we all need to work TOGETHER to keep it the greatest state in the best country ever. Lastly, I will always acknowledge @RonDeSantis for his role in giving us a Florida worth protecting. And we will.

EVAN POWER IS A POWER GRABBER- AND HE MUST BE STOPPED - EVAN POWER IS THE CANCER THAT IS EATING AWAY AT THE GRASSROOTS EFFORTS OF RPOF - Thousands of dedicated Republican volunteers have devoted thousands of countless hours to electing Republican candidates, supporting conservative values, and strengthening our party at the local, state, and national levels. Many of these grassroots activists have served faithfully on Republican Executive Committees while also volunteering with other conservative organizations, including the Republican Assembly. Recently, Chairman Power authorized letters to thousands of Florida volunteers demanding that elected Republican Executive Committee members attest that they do not support or participate in the Republican Assembly. Those who refused were removed from their positions despite being duly elected by Republican voters and fellow party members. This action raises serious concerns regarding: • Freedom of association within the Republican Party • Respect for grassroots volunteers and elected committee members • Transparency and due process in party governance No Republican should be forced to choose between serving on a Republican Executive Committee and volunteering with another conservative organization that shares OUR values and goals. I personally served as a volunteer organizer during President Donald Trump's campaigns. Alongside countless other dedicated Republicans. I recruited over 12,000 Fla volunteers, organized local rallies and voter outreach efforts. I organized phone banking for multiple candidates including Trump's, where we made 370,000 phone calls that supported Rep candidates in Fla, Ga. and Pa. Our teams made hundreds of thousands of voter contacts because we believe in the Republican cause—not because we sought recognition or reward. To now be told that I/we cannot associate with a conservative organization of OUR choosing, and to be removed from an elected position because of that association, is contrary to the principles that have made our party strong. Grassroots Republicans are not the enemy. Volunteers are not the enemy. The Republican Assembly is not the enemy. @FloridaGOP @NEWSMAX @RonDeSantis I respectfully call upon all Republican voters in Florida to demand the Republican Party of Floridato conduct a full review of Chairman Evan Power's actions and leadership, and to take whatever steps are necessary to restore trust, protect the rights of grassroots Republicans, and ensure that no volunteer is punished for supporting conservative organizations outside the party structure.
