a lot of you say this and refuse to acknowledge the fact he's clearly weaponizing this statement lol that's why it's not used correctly here. the context in which he uses it to excuse his assault makes his argument fall apart, that's why it should be criticized.

Out of all the things you argue about for this shit doc, you shit on a factually correct statement, if you gave consent in your right mind, unintoxicated and etc. initially, then you can't just take it back after the fact months later, that is just called regret
