@famicommiter34 @Cadyshaun1 While Sussie, and other characters you can tell they have much stronger indicators towards what they are other than just the pronouns other refer them to. Ralsei is a boy, Sussie a girl, hell, like many other characters would be easier to ID as non-binary, but Kris the protagonis

@famicommiter34 @Cadyshaun1 If you put the protagonist as The non-binary character, there's just not a lot of discussion left, it boils down to "the game calls says they" and thats the strongest if not the only evidence to make it officially non-binary.
But that's fine, gooseworx should've done this.

@famicommiter34 @Cadyshaun1 I find the fact that changing his pronoun on all dialogues from they/them to he/his would not change a bit of his identity. Like, there isn't anything other than the pronouns to mark Kris as being non-binary.
His room, personality, looks, etc. Its just like a boy.

@Cadyshaun1 The "they/them" identity is held by sticks, like, it slips through the writing that toby didnt mean at all to make him be anything else, but knew that by refering to him by other pronouns would easily avoid bigger problemas with "the community".
Can't say he did wrong tbf.
