@TVKpulse Completely agree to this perspective. No need to be a kothus. When something sounds wrong then that should be investigated thoroughly. With all due respect to honourable MLA & Minister Thiru Sarath and all others should ensure no such allegations to appear. People are hopeful.

Is TVK cursed or what? Every time we celebrate one good thing, another controversy suddenly pops up. This morning, the entire Tamil Nadu appreciated our People's CM Vijay for participating in the Anti-Drug Run and running alongside the public. It was a powerful message and a great example of how a Chief Minister should lead from the front. But by evening, Minister Sarath's video started circulating on social media. I watched the full video. Then I watched the explanations given by the minister and his wife. My honest reaction: 😂 I think even our People's CM Vijay would react the same way after hearing that explanation. We are living in the Gen-Z era. The explanation simply doesn't convince people. Some questions that are being raised by the public and even by many TVK supporters: 1. If it was a medicine or tablet, why does it look suspicious? 2. Why was there a credit card or ₹500 note nearby? 3. Why was the video posted on social media with the caption "Thug Life Moments"? 4. Where was the child for whom the medicine was supposedly meant? 5. Why was it a tablet and not syrup? 6. Was watching an IPL match more important than taking care of a child's health? 7. Why did the lady next to him try to hide it with her handbag? 8. Everyone knows that certain tablets are not usually given to very young children. I am a TVK supporter, but I don't want to be a Proud Kothus. The minister says the video was taken two years ago. If it was indeed drugs, then it only exposes the law-and-order situation during the previous DMK government, where someone could allegedly do such things openly without fear. But right now, people have questions, and those questions deserve answers. I request our People's CM Vijay to take the necessary steps, conduct a proper inquiry, and clear the doubts once and for all. If the allegations are false, prove them wrong. If there is any wrongdoing, let the law take its course. As our leader himself has always said: "No one is above the law."

Being a fan doesn't mean staying silent when something bothers you. Sometimes, real support means speaking honestly. Many of us feel that both Vijay and Trisha are taking advantage of the emotions and love that the people of Tamil Nadu have for our leader, People's CM Vijay. Every time a post involving both of them appears, a large section of TVK supporters openly expresses their discomfort. Yet, the same things continue again and again: - Attending functions together. - Going to funerals together. - Posting birthday celebration pictures together. What makes it even more sensitive is that People's CM Vijay's divorce case is still pending in court. Naturally, people will remember the allegations that have already been made and connect them to these incidents. Let me be clear: if both of them were officially divorced and free to make their own choices, no one would have the right to question their personal decisions. But when these things happen while legal and personal issues are still unresolved, people are bound to ask questions. Many say, "It's his personal life. We have no right to comment." I partly agree. But our leader himself has always said that he entered the homes and hearts of the people of Tamil Nadu long before entering politics. In every speech, he calls us "my dear brothers and sisters" and treats us like family. And when someone becomes family, people naturally care about their choices. If someone in our own family did something that made us uncomfortable, would we simply ignore it? Or would we express our concerns? That is exactly how many supporters feel today. Why does this matter? Because People's CM Vijay is not just an actor or politician. He is an inspiration to millions of youngsters and children. Everything he does is watched, discussed, and followed by society. I also want to remind everyone that political power is temporary. Being Chief Minister is a responsibility, not a permanent position. The love of the people should never be taken for granted. As supporters, we don't want to see our leader destroy the image and goodwill that he has built over decades. And to my fellow TVK supporters and virtual warriors: please don't defend something that you know is wrong just for engagement, trends, or views. Leaders also need to know the genuine feelings of their supporters. The people of Tamil Nadu chose Vijay because they believed he was different from other leaders. Please don't push those very people into a position where they feel disappointed by your personal choices. Because in the end, the greatest strength of People's CM Vijay has always been the love and trust of the people.

Her name is Vanmathi. She grew up in Sathyamangalam, a town in the Erode district of Tamil Nadu. Her father drove a cab, and the family lived with constant financial worries. As a girl, Vanmathi did far more than study. After school, she took the family’s buffalo out to graze, helped with the housework, and took up small jobs to add to whatever her father earned. When she finished school, relatives told her parents it was time to get her married. Vanmathi wanted something different. She said she wanted to continue her education, and her parents stood by her decision. She went on to complete a postgraduate degree in computer applications. Somewhere along the way, she decided she wanted to become a civil servant. The inspiration came from seeing a woman District Collector visit her town. She cleared a bank examination and joined as an assistant manager, but never gave up on her larger goal. The UPSC journey tested her again and again. On her first attempt, she reached the interview but was not selected. On later attempts, she fell short at different stages of the examination. She kept trying. In 2015, Vanmathi finally cleared the Civil Services Examination with an All India Rank of 152. The cab driver’s daughter who spent her evenings grazing buffaloes after school had become a civil servant. Follow for stories India deserves to remember.

Vijay is enjoying his life literally. Earlier when he was movie star he was not able to go to any public places freely. Probably he would have not travelled in Bus or train in his life. Everyone wanted to live a rich life. But he always wanted to live a normal middle class life. He is enjoying to be with public and do good to the public. Now he have free access to all the common places which were once not freely available for him.

Heartbreaking💔 CM Vijay has managed to give a sliver of hope, to people who didn’t dare to dream of a dawn. That itself is a huge achievement. But he’s against entrenched dark forces, that are extremely powerful. Praying for Vijay na’s success 🙏

Bribing itself is not easy. It's too painful. One has to go through this suffering to understand this. Let me share some details around how the DTCP process works. This may hopefully help many who seem to have no idea of how these corruption networks work. If @TVKVijayHQ wanted to make money, it was too easy for him to redirect the money flow towards his own people now. Instead, he chose to openly fight this out. I, one of the victims, have a sole responsibility to support this by coming out with the details. I really hope he is successful in this mission. Many schools still run without full DTCP approval/compliance. The more they are not compliant, the more money can be extracted on continuous basis. No incentive for schools to come out and be compliant. Instead, the opposite is true. In our school, we had a goal of making it 100% compliant in all aspects and started the DTCP approval process. I was given the responsibility to take care of the process. I've interviewed 4 agents/middlemen over 6 months to decide who we go with. We've gotten offers from 80 Rs to 110 Rs per sqft. Most often it falls in the higher end of this spectrum based on experiences I gathered from experienced folks who have gone through this process. Price alone is not sufficient to pick the agent. We need to evaluate the agent's reach to power, his experience in handling previous schools, etc. Finally, picked one to pay 65L total. Building approval is finally given by the local rural/town authority. But the process is longer. The application has to go through the approval process first to the district office. If the built-up area is larger, then the application is forwarded to the Chennai head office for technical concurrence. This is where the famous PF is collected. I am still puzzled why a Chennai office is more qualified than a district office to verify the so-called technical details. Can't a district-level officer verify as per the norms? I know this is a novice question, as we know why things are structured this way. We give bribe payment first—only way to make progress in this long application process. Paid full (total of 65L) and the application is stuck for months in the Chennai office. Can't rely on the agent for everything, as the stake is too high for me. Money was given, no response from gov, I need to answer other trustees. After several months of waiting, I had to travel to Chennai and stayed in a hotel for a few days to get an appointment with the Chennai head. I usually wear a dhoti. This makes it even more easy to ill-treat. Anyways, I waited patiently as I lost sleep for many days due to this. Finally, about 2 minutes time to meet the GOD. I've begged explaining the financial state of the school, etc. Only one question was asked: "Was formality of #name# completed?" I said Yes. He asked me to leave after making a note. This is how blatant the corruption network was. Officers behaved like gods as their political managers sought help from them to trace if money was properly paid for each application. It was a hopeless time. I was fed up and never voted this time. Never imagined Tamilnadu people had a silent revolution in ballot boxes this time. hats off to them. What I learned in the process is - money can travel alone to chennai for a fee - 3% through local agents deployed for this. This way, we avoid of the risk of carrying cash. 😢 As a keen political observer, I thought 1996-2001 and 2001-2006 were decent periods on corruption. After that, hell broke I guess. It was a non-stop nightmare until Mr. Vijay struck down this trend. Somehow I feel very positive that 2026-2036 will be great for TN and has a potential of truly a model state for India. I beg Mr. Vijay not giving up this "corruption free state of TN" mission easily. @imrajmohan @svembu @sekar_vembu If this process is decentralized/localized, the cost of this bribe may be very less even if we can't eradicate the corruption totally.
