@ferpywerpy How would you be rude? flashback dreams or ptsd dreams in general can be from anything that caused you trauma and extreme stress and anxiety is a form of trauma and so many things can cause trauma even if not related to the main diagnosis factor

@dice4soorim Well I have diagnosed ptsd caused by my dad, but the dream wasn't about him, but it felt just like a ptsd dream.. im not sure if that counts or im just being rude for saying it was a ptsd dream
