This woman is making smash burgers for dinner. I’m not sure if this is her first time making them. She preheats the griddle at least and oils it.
She then puts her meat down and smashes it into thin pancakes because she wants them crispy. Then before they are fully cooked she puts her cheese on top. Then she flips it and the cheese burns on the bottom.
Ive never made smash burgers before but something tells me something isn’t right. Did she make them too thin?

This woman is making her famous seafood Alfredo. She starts off by putting frozen cooked shrimp, crab and imitation crab onto the griddle. The she adds garlic and onions, cheese and jarred Alfredo and breaks up raw pasta. She keeps cooking until she proclaims the noodles are al dente even though we see some raw ends sticking up. She has her husband be the taste tester for her creation. He takes one bite but I wonder why he doesn’t give his opinion on it. Would you or have you made this on the griddle, did she do it right?

I think Toronto’s probably has the better roster from Day 1, but I like Portland’s upside swings a lot more.
Leite’s rim pressure, Caldwell was excellent down the stretch, SAB was just a top-10 pick, Jones made improvements, Geiselsoder can play, etc.
