Today we are celebrating 14 Years of service from a Mr Steve Bell (Belly). Steve has been with Fuse since its formation in 2010, firstly as an Interior Designer, then Associate and now he heads up our Interiors Team as Project Director. And he has hardly aged in those years 😉

We recently said goodbye to a very talented architectural assistant, Tianyu Li, after she had completed her time with us. As a parting gift, Tianyu presented each of her colleagues with a portrait sketch, a collage of which is below. Can you recognise each of the Fusiliers?!!

It is great to see the Olive Lane scheme at Waverley has broken ground in a key milestone. Our client for this innovative project, Forge New Homes and Main Contractor Lindum Group recently celebrated the start on site. #buildingnewhomes #getbritainbuilding

Today we are delighted to welcome back a familiar face - Nathan Sykes! Nathan re-joins Fuse after a brief “sabbatical” and it’s great to have him back. A senior architecture technician with bags of experience, he will be working with the teams delivering some major projects.

Fuse is delighted to have secured planning permission for the next phase of Moda and Calthorpe Estates city gateway masterplan in Edgbaston, paving the way for a further 462 much-needed new homes in the Birmingham district.

We’re celebrating Hard Rock Amsterdam’s 25 years of service. The café opened in March 1999. In 2012 Fuse was appointed to extend and comprehensively refit the unit – whilst keeping it trading throughout. The café re-opened for the busy pre-Christmas trading in 2014.

We may have mentioned before 🤣 But for those who have not visited us yet in our new pad at Fountain House, Fusilier Rick Cartwright shows us just how close we are to Leeds Station. Take it away Rick 🎬

It was lovely to catch-up with one of our founding fathers this week. The 4 years 🤯 retired @David_M_Writing popped in to see our new pad and now as is customary, brought a “new home” gift with him 🥂 Many thanks David, it was great to see you again!

Wow - 10 years - where did that go?! Really pleased to celebrate and say a big thank you to Team Secretary, Sami Lee, and Associate, Stephen Brewer, who have been with us 10 years this month. It’s been a blast and looking forward to the next chapter wth them in our new office 🙌

It’s official! To accommodate further expansion as part of Fuse’s growth plans, we have moved to fabulous, larger premises at Fountain House in Leeds. We look forward to showing our new pad to industry friends over the coming months…
