@AskGetGuide @GetYourGuide @mak_2038 I second your opinion. My flight was cancelled by airline due current conflicts in the middle east out of my control. My tour tickets by getyourguide declined my full refund request! All my hotels booked through booking com got refund although booking is non-refunded!

@GetYourGuide very poor service, cancelled our trip at last minute and spoiled everything. Also, very unprofessional customer service. No alternative or compensation provided. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

We paid almost £100 for 2 people to view the colloseum in Rome and they sent a wassap to say because of the rain they will send tickets instead of meeting us at the meeting point. The tickets had a face value of £24 each!!

Image 1 - @GetYourGuide clickbait price. Image 2 - actual prices being offered for the same trip when you search deeper into the trip. You try finding prices at the clickbait price. Nothing from those suppliers at the lower price on any day. I know ‘cos I searched.

@GetYourGuide Booked Kayak Tour in NZ this Feb, while cancelled by bad weather. Call your CSR she refused and said only helping to do escalation, sent me a email for filling information, then nothing more. Shame of you charging customers w/out supplying services!!!
