Avoid @GetYourGuide. Their system automatically puts the account holder's name on lounge vouchers. Support admitted this is how it works, yet they refuse to refund even though the lounge rejected the ticket. Paying for a service their own tech breaks is a total scam. #Scam#fail

Really disappointed with @GetYourGuide. Trying to book a once-in-a-lifetime excursion which family gifted vouchers towards but I am unable to use more than one, can’t combine them (despite being told I could), and can’t book separately because it requires min. 2 people. Pointless

I have booked tickets to go to #machupicchu and this has been all confirmed months in advance. My confirmation states where I need to be and when. I have now been sent a message only a week before saying that my ticket is not guaranteed!

I had a flight day trip from Sharm to Cairo cancelled 10 hours before take off on Friday 24th. I have live chat with yourselves stating my money will be refunded however when I put my booking ref and pin into your website it states it can't track that refund.
2 questions.
1) How can you cancel the flights of a family of 4 with hours notice, given they've already flown to Egypt for this specific purpose. How and why did this happen? Your entire support consisted of "ah well"
2) Why isn't my money refunded and why can't I track it on your website?
3) Why didn't nobody from yourselves or your local partner Nice Tours answer the phone? WhatsApp messages only to a family stranded in Egypt? Is this how your company usually behaves? Nevermind justy money back, shouldn't I be entitled to further compensation given this situation?
I hope this is resolved asap. We are back in the UK now and I'm going to get to the bottom of this, we are lucky we could make alternative arrangements (at great cost) another family may not be so lucky in future.
A warning to anyone reading this, do not use this company, they literally leave you in the middle of the desert having took your money and send you text messages about it.

@GetYourGuide : Very unreliable. Booked and paid for 3 tours in Spain. 2 trip’s never materialized. Second tour operator was a no show. GYG failed to answer my calls/texts. Hotel managed to rebook me. Third tour I texted to confirm. They replied no guide/ driver available !

@GetYourGuide A man called me without introducing himself. He didn't speak English well, so I tried to explain everything to him. At the end, I just asked him if he had access to the tickets, but because of the language barrier, he didn't understand and hung up
