@Martholio I see, that makes sense. I guess some studios will use this to their advantage. Hopefully, as you mentioned, it won't be long lasting, it's pretty clear to everyone by now that she's not all there.

@gilsergio I'm glad it didn't change much for you! I'm worried it undermines our credibility and negotiating position when speaking with studios, especially the ones actively offering non-union rates, and this NDA-breaking PR fiasco will 100% have an effect on contracts going forward.

I hope the damage done by this can be minimized. It does not invalidate the fact that VA rates have been getting squeezed and it is something that needs to be addressed. Voice acting is a huge creative contribution and something that can make or break the reception of some games.

@Martholio What kind of damage do you think this does to the VA industry? All I saw was someone lying to get sympathy, you can find that in every industry really. As someone that works with VA's it didn't change much for me.

And by damage I'm referring to the damage to our collective reputation. I'm sure after this, Bayonetta 3 sales will do just fine.
