Return that phone call before it’s too late. Martha Zoller always did. This is my column remembering Martha, who was a friend and mentor to so many, including me… ajc.com/politics/2026/…

Yes! It is so sad! I can’t stop thinking about her!
Eric Johnson@Johnson4Georgia

@RickJacksonGA @gingerhoward7 I chatted with her a day or two after her announcement. I had posted she would be a great Gov Jackson comms director. So she called me. Great catch up. She was going to relax and have fun.

I am heartbroken to learn that Martha Zoller has passed away. Martha was a dear friend to me for many years and someone who deeply loved Georgia, its people, and her family. Our prayers are with her husband Lin and the entire Zoller family. May they find comfort in knowing that she is with our Father in Heaven. John 11:25-26: "Jesus said to her, 'I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die.'" accessnorthga.com/news/north-geo…

Martha was a friend to so many and a fixture in Georgia politics. She cared deeply about our state, the people in it, and the conversations that shaped its future. Those who had the privilege of knowing Martha will remember her generosity, how she encouraged others, and her unwavering commitment to her community. She will be deeply missed, and our prayers are with her husband Lin and their family during this difficult time. accessnorthga.com/news/north-geo…

Such tragic news. Martha was kind, generous and sharp, always looking to help others and connect dots that strengthened our state. Praying for her family and friends during this difficult time. Every day truly is a gift. accessnorthga.com/news/north-geo…

On Friday, Patricia and I drove to Gainesville to join Martha Zoller for what would be her final radio show. We didn’t know it at the time, of course, and Martha wouldn’t let us even think about using the word “retire.” She said she was taking a step back, and wanted one last on-air conversation about Georgia politics. We swapped campaign trail stories, laughed about the characters and twists that make this state endlessly fascinating, and celebrated Martha for what she was: a sharp analyst, a savvy commentator who forged relationships with leaders from across the political spectrum, a generous mentor and a rare bridge-builder in a divided world. After the show, we walked around the corner for a bite to eat and talked about what was next. Martha was excited for this new chapter. She spoke about her plans to spend more time with her husband and family, her deep love of her Gainesville community and, of course, how Georgia politics could still surprise her after all these years. Then we said goodbye. We didn’t know it would be the last time we would see her. We simply told her what was true: that it had been a pleasure and an honor to call her a friend. Rest in peace, Martha. You will be forever missed.

Still, it is one of the best speeches Benjamin Netanyahu has ever given. "For nearly 4,000 years, the land of Israel has been the homeland of the Jewish people. It has always been our home, and it will always be our home!" 🇮🇱

Rather than release $24 billion of frozen Iranian funds to the Iranian regime as provided in the MOU, which we hold, why not give those funds to the American families whose family members were murdered by the regime and to the Marines and soldiers and others who lost legs, hands, arms, eyesight by the regime’s terrorist attacks.

It was an honor for Lorie and I to attend the @RickJacksonGA victory party the other night, and I want to congratulate him on his hard-fought victory! And while campaigns have a way of highlighting our differences, now is the time to focus on what unites us: the belief that our next governor should be someone who can make hard decisions, puts Georgians first, and defends the freedoms that make this the greatest country on earth. The stakes in November could not be higher. Over the next few months we’ll be united in one goal: defeating Keisha Lance Bottoms. By coming together, we can keep Georgia moving in the right direction!

Tuesday was an incredible night. I’m so proud of my friend @RickJacksonGA, just like I was proud to campaign for him. Now the general election is here. It’s time to unite as a party to defeat Keisha Lance Bottoms and Jon Ossoff, and to elect the entire Republican ticket. I’m all-in.

An absolute powerhouse backing our next governor, @RickJacksonGA. Personally, I've DM'd with many Republicans who are coalescing around Rick. The Georgia Republican Party is rapidly uniting.
Rick Jackson@RickJacksonGA

Honored to have the support of Governors @BrianKempGA, Nathan Deal, and Sonny Perdue. Their leadership turned Georgia into an economic powerhouse. We’ll build on that legacy, get things done, and ensure Georgia remains a great place to live, work, and raise a family.

Our movement is for ALL Georgians. If you’re an independent who wants common sense, our movement has a place for you. If you’re a Democrat who’s fed up with high costs and struggling to make ends meet, our movement has a place for you. And if you’re a Republican who wants to keep Georgia safe and strong, our movement needs you.

If all Keisha Lance Bottoms has against Rick Jackson is class warfare and socialist ideology, then this ought to be the easiest general election in recent memory.
