@AbeNormal93 @ChrisMartzWX I mean realistically it’s pretty sensitive to wind and other conditions which is why there are gaps in the line. Furthermore that’s just not the correct temp at altitude. At cruise temps drop to nearly -40 at 10kft temps average around 23 degrees

If condensation trails never existed prior to 20 years ago, then why are there photos of them dating back to 1940?
There are more contrails in the sky now because there is a lot more air traffic. But they aren’t a new phenomenon.
