@thameswater Ashe - the engineer never came. I’ve also been told over on Instagram that an engineer is onsite. Wierd because I live here and there’s absolutely NOT anyone attending the gushing leak. In fact your workers abandoned it 5 hours ago.

How is this ok? @thameswater arrived, dug a hole & left knowing this is happening. Earlier this year the street was without water for days and The Charter School North Dulwich had to close twice. TW say they can’t get someone here until 3pm tomorrow. Unacceptable. #ThamesWater
