@natemixing I high pass my bass kicks so the compressor doesn't have to sweat like a smack head itching for his next fix... must be just me...

I used to high-pass EVERYTHING but kick/bass and called it a day. When I made beats it was pretty much all my processing. Highpass + reverb. Now I understand how bad this approach is.
