monetary support is not and never will be the appropriate way to support enhypen. when the boys asked us for support, they did not mean “buy our merch and stream our music!!”, what they mean is that they need us to back them up and be their voice and support when they feel discouraged. engaging in a boycott does not make you an unreliable source of support, it makes you a steadfast believer that providing the company more means to continue their abuse and exploitation means harming the members. Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, Jungwon and Ni-ki all need to know that we feel their pain, we acknowledge their circumstances and situation and we refuse to see them suffer or contribute to it. they need to know that we have true endless love for them as individuals therefore we fight for their basic human rights, because let’s face it, we are no longer talking about supporting enhypen as 6 or Heeseung as a soloist, this is now about the members’ voices being stripped away from them and the company’s refusal to respect them as men, artists and employees. this CANNOT keep happening. change starts TODAY.

i feel like we have reached a point in kpop that there's no turning back from. we are seeing very successful, talented, and popular groups being torn apart in real time because of the greed of the companies who manage them. we are seeing more and more of how unfairly idols are treated across the board, and i fear it may only get worse from here. it's enhypen right now, but who will it be in the future? as we unearth more about the dark side of kpop, it's imperative to make it clear that we will not allow this to happen to the groups we love. they are human beings first, and they deserve to be treated with respect, dignity, and kindness.
