First project of 2025!! Took a stab at creating some visual identity/branding for this year’s @BroccoliCity (this isn’t official) let me know your thoughts??

Because of social media, there is a constant, lingering paranoia that a better, richer, taller, more romantic option is just one swipe away. So, instead of watering the grass where they stand and building a solid foundation with a genuinely good partner, they keep one foot out the door. They sabotage a perfectly healthy 80% relationship because they are endlessly chasing a phantom 20% that literally only exists in heavily edited TikTok compilations.

“communication is key” but no one talks about how scary real communication is. it’s not cute texts and long calls. it’s “here’s where you hurt me here’s what I need here’s what I’m afraid to say” it’s swallowing pride risking rejection, choosing honesty over comfort.

She ignored every effort you made, but never forgot a single mistake.

My favorite is “kill” cause the DMV the only place you can say kill and it not mean murder lmaooo

You actually can heal each other during a healthy relationship. Just takes patience , understanding , & grace.

It’s manipulative how people label your anger as the real you, like your joy and kindness were an act. Emotions are all part of you, being upset doesn’t expose a “true color”. It shows you’re HUMAN.

how I feel asking for something “fried hard”

People have learned a few psychological buzzwords on social media,like "gaslighting," "narcissist," "boundaries," and "toxic", and now they use them to run away from normal human conflict. Sometimes your partner isn't a "toxic narcissist violating your boundaries"; sometimes they are just annoyed, having a bad day, and you are actually the one who was wrong. We have weaponized therapy language to ensure we never have to apologize or compromise.

Niggas be like "that's not realistic" as if the entire universe isn't a living miracle beyond human comprehension
