You’re collaborating with a designer and QA. You have coded the UI 100%, yet you did not match the exact design.  Tell them this when they ask why? My brother, I understand your pain and struggle, but I wish their other ways, but there is not.

That way, everyone is clear on the pros and cons, and we can make a more informed decision together. 👍

My usual approach is to explain the technical challenges we might face if we follow their design exactly. Then, I present how my solution could be more robust and better handle those potential issues.
