@josh_onadele @micah_taiwo @McFlybowy When you don't have a point, you deviate like you've always been doing. You keep on deviating that it's becoming irking. Focus on the points Nd argue. We're talking about A, you're talking about Z.

I know you think this is going to be an ultimate attack vs an ultimate defense, but it’s not. Arsenal are balanced throughout the squad. There’s enough physicality and technical quality in the team to balance everything. They have an attack better than anything FC Barcelona have faced this season. But more importantly, it’s not just about the attack.. it’s about how Arsenal attack. They don’t rely on chaos. They can play in phases, sustain pressure, and control territory. They can go direct when needed, but they’re also comfortable circulating the ball, manipulating shape, and waiting for the right moment. That’s what makes them dangerous in this type of game. Against most teams, Barcelona are used to controlling the rhythm dictating possession, pulling teams out, then exploiting space. But Arsenal won’t allow that to happen easily. They can match them physically, press with structure, and still maintain defensive discipline behind the ball. And when Arsenal lose the ball, their rest defense is strong enough to deal with transitions. That’s key, because Barcelona thrive when games become stretched. Arsenal don’t need the game to be open they can dominate in a controlled way. So this won’t be a one-sided stylistic clash. It’s going to be a game of control vs control, structure vs structure. Football world needs it.

Barcelona vs Arsenal will tell you a lot about where football is headed

@lolthememer @micah_taiwo @McFlybowy And you're so normal to the point that you ignored the remaining part of the argument. I guess the part that says "...they couldn't score one" was so invisible for you to see. Normal guy.

@WisdomOkoronkw6 @ChidiOdinkalu @inecnigeria Unfortunately for you, sir, UI Law does not do open quizzes or even multiple-choice exams, nor does UI Law sell handouts or textbooks. So, you can think of other ways to try to discredit people's efforts.

@ChidiOdinkalu @inecnigeria There are many factors you can put in place dat can contribute 2 this, attendance ,open quiz & buying of handout or textbook. Meaning before the exam you already scored 40marks, and there's no serious student that will not score 40marks over 70 in the main exam, all totaling 80

It is so impressive how people who love the kind of results often declared by @inecnigeria suddenly do not like the fact they are a model for scoring for universities? Of course, the age of capping the ambitions or attainments of students is rightly over but there is a science to grading &, quite often, a fair grading system will end up to a normal distribution curve with modest adaptations. This is not about the students. The Senate has approved their results. No one can do anything about it. It is about the new grading systems being implemented in higher education across #Nigeria. We have to have a conversation on #GradeInflation in higher education. This is not a matter for popularity. It is an uncomfortable conversation but it is real. Folks in other parts of the world are. Because of market demands, many universities got into grade inflation without constraints or models. UI is rightly regarded as a #MarkeLleader among universities in #Nigeria although its law program began in the 1980s. I began my teaching life in the UI Law Department (as it was) & what it does with grades will have an impact on the market in higher education. I am sure @OfficialNUC will be taking notice.

I am thinking of how GPA/CGPA is calculated right from your first year and that because getting a first class is not simply one exam, where it is easy to cheat, any implication that there was foul play would mean that the students engaged in this right from the first year, and consistently, with every almost lecturer in the faculties involved. To get a first class you have to make A's in almost every course from year 1 to 4 or 5. If there is foul play, I would be impressed at the scale, even by Nigerian standards. So a part of me is willing to lean on the side of this being a chance event, where they were lucky to have admitted a large number of students who understand how to pass exams (not necessarily geniuses, because of how too much of learning in Nigerian universities is about rote learning and regurgitation, instead of critical learning)
