The Tucson hearing on 8-19 is about an injunction that blocks an 1864 near-total abortion ban. PPAZ lawyers will argue to align the injunction with the 15-week abortion law that the Governor signed in March. AG Brnovich wants to reinstate ARS 13-3603 and criminalize abortion.
