Karen Mc Cleverty

On Thursday 13 March 1924 Myrtle Allen was born on Myrtle Hill, Cork. Through her life's work she would come to refine + redirect our relationship with food, ingredients + producers thereby setting character to modern Irish food culture. On her centenary we say thank you Myrtle.

I’m not sharing photos but both of our babies were out of their incubators today and we held them and sang to them and whispered to them and told them how we love them. Our lives will never be the same. ❤️❤️
