@okswayam_ @velliikudii True, i mean yamaha is compared against squire in general, base fender models are like 2-2.5x the price of yamaha. Yamaha is nice overall for the price but if budget hai then ofc fender is one of the best out there, if not then squire still has a bit of an edge over yamaha

@krrstwt @velliikudii the ones ive tried yamaha werent as bright as fenders, also i think the affordability is a huge factor too

@velliikudii Get a fender, using it for 9 years now, way better than a yamaha ( my roommate used a yahama)

@okswayam_ @velliikudii fender is much warmer, yamaha is fine for beginners its pretty mid overall, plus its much brighter

@velliikudii yamaha better for acoustics overall, the necks are satin and thinner iirc so theyre a bit betterfor playability, plus i prefer the warmer sound of them too
