I’m not sure who is telling everyone this is how to do a cold outreach. It’s not. Most of the time I just block & delete these kinds of messages. If you’re doing this, stop. Build a relationship with someone first. Start a dialogue. Maybe I need to do a video on this. Yes?

@YogaPantsRec My dad was in hospice care when I was a little kid, and the Macmillan nurses... they really were angels. They cared so deeply for my dad, but also for me and my sister, and for my mum. Few people on earth have that level of compassion and strength

I tell ya hospice workers are the closest thing I’ve ever seen to angels on earth.

@leadoeslinkedin Raising awareness: Glitter is made from different materials ranging from stones, glass, aluminum and plastic. Regular glitters are essentially made from microplastic, and do not biodegrade. Instead, they exist for years, polluting the land and water.

Did I hand write and send 400 branded Christmas cards to my members across the world? Yes. Did I also fill them with pink glitter so they got a sparkly explosion opening them? Also yes.
