What action did u take against him/her? Is there any TCS, Nashik like gang operating at Lenskart? Are you willing to conduct independent forensic investigation? You must reply.

Lenskart majorly funded by Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) & Soft Bank, its's only advantage is its marketing and retail presence, achieved by this external funding.
It adds no value to eyewear industry, a local vendor will be able to provide same priced service and that too without taking your phone number and email.
