Live Nation has been hit with a $35 million lawsuit from former executive Nicholas Rumanes, who claims he was wrongfully terminated after raising concerns about alleged financial misconduct and improper accounting practices. — According to the filing, Rumanes says he was fraudulently induced to leave a high-level role in 2022 to join Live Nation in a newly created executive position. He alleges he was promised one role but pushed into another, and ultimately fired after attempting to carry out his duties and raise concerns about the company’s practices. He is seeking $35 million in damages.
