I was in a meeting this morning with a team member on MS Teams and her 5 year old daughter Alice wanted her attention. I paused the meeting to offer Alice an Interview and she’s now appointed as ‘President of Fun’. I asked her to devise a 5 point ‘Fun at Work’ action plan 🌟
