@afrosypaella My mom just had to cancel my brother's DISH service after his death. After an hour of being on the phone, finally getting everything cancelled, the service rep says, "I think we can get you a really good deal." Like seriously? I agree this shit sucks so much

Mom was summoned for jury duty. I had to email my county her death certificate to confirm why she would not be coming. Yesterday, had to send my Dad's death certificate to close an account & switch it over to me. Wish I could hire a grief assistant to help me. This shit sucks.
