@mastercellerman We had Uber here. A lot of the time I was registered for a pick up but it never arrived. No way to contact the firm direct on the night. I then had to claim money back from them for my next ride. They were so undependable I gave up in the end.

So, when you ask a customer to turn their music off their phone as we play background music (carefully chosen to suit the masses) and disturbing other customers I'm rude and wrong and have poor customer skill's? By just saying can you turn the music off your phone? Discuss......

@northumbriapol @NTCouncilTeam Takeaway beers should be sold in sealed vessels and consumed away from the premises how are they getting away with plastic pint pots?

Extra officers have been deployed in #Tynemouth after reports of a number of people not adhering to Covid restrictions in public spaces. We are working with partners @NTCouncilTeam to encourage people to follow any additional guidelines which are in place.

@northumbriapol since when was it legal for takeaways not to be served in sealed containers? Selling pints in plastic pint pots is illegal but, is going unpunished?

@bftwni Did you mature it in one of your wooden casks?

Racked off apple brandy, maybe early but draw seemed to have stopped - aroma consistent. Sweetened it. Needs a week or so to settle but think next time stronger apples. Had hoped mid road apples would be sweet enough but they had no bottom - as the cowboys say of horses, lol.
