@_tombz i hope so! i think i have quiet bpd personally cuz i dont really suffer from the rage episodes anymore just every other symptom is still there, i have suspected i've had bpd since 16 so maybe they will do something if i say that

@methadeen yesyes hopefully they can, and hopefully they give a wide variety of coping mechs for it cuz obviously everyone with this disorder is different 😞 manifesting they give you one that works for you

i have my first therapy appointment on thursday should i tell them i suspect i have bpd or wait? bc i feel like its getting worse because ive been having non stop episodes and hallucinations and delusions #bpdtwt

@_tombz thank you 🥹🫶 if i feel confident enough on the day i will! they would have to put me through a psychiatrist for a diagnosis but hopefully they can give me coping skills for it

@methadeen i think you should tell them, whilst getting a diagnosis is difficult even them being aware and recognising you for it can make the world of a difference, pls take care of urself!!!
