@AmericanAir Delayed our flight from ATL-MIA flight #1245 5x causing us to miss our connection in MIA to POS and couldn’t rebook us until Christmas Eve! This ruined our Christmas and valuable time with my grandfather who has dementia! We need compensation for all our money lost!
