@Antiplague101 IMO its like wishing that makima got a fully fleshed out backstory where we could see her life before part 1. It would be awesome, and I would love it, but I truly just don't think its in fujumoto's ideas for csm.

Does fujimoto handle these topics with the care and nuance he should? Not always! That's a fair critique, especially when to me csm's use of SA seems to be more of a literary tool than commentary on CSA. But it's far from fetish material IMO

@monosou_ I don’t think it was a fetish in the slightest bc none of it was framed as titillating. But I do think it was very haphazard especially with how we barely saw Asa’s reaction outside of the immediate aftermath. Like we get pages and pages of denji relapsing but no Asa ???
