@slemz645 wait guys im in a calorie deficit rn obviously eating 900 calories a day but the thing is i used to lift so i have muscle and i love lifting, if i keep lifting will it prevent my arms from looking like this 😭😭
@liyabunnii it helps maintain muscle so u dont get flabby and like skinny fat (it wont prevent it completely tho so make sure to do some form of resistance training)

No if somebody is only getting 2000 steps in a day they can’t just do 10,000. This week I have done 20,000 - 25,000 steps a day, but in early 2022 I was on about 2,000 steps a day, if that, it took me almost one year to work up to 10,000 steps a day, before that became pittance to me

@spillink9999@yangloaff i have a hugeee sweet tooth i literaly just eat a icecream sandiwch if i want it that bad its bigger than a protein bar and less calories the ones i get are 130 calories and there like bigger than my hand and soooo good
@myshvx@yangloaff I think protein bars are a good alternative to chocolate bars for people that have a big sweet tooth, but that's basically it. Not worth it otherwise 😭
