@GeenMacheen @JFL_TORONTO People are really starting to turn on them in the comments on their instagram posts. Hopefully with enigh people making noise, we'll get a response.

@GeenMacheen @JFL_TORONTO Hope you get a reply soon. I'm still trying to get it sorted too, it's such a terrible system!
English

@GeenMacheen @JFL_TORONTO I'm having the same issue. My account is activated, but I have no credits. I tried twitter, but no one ever replied. I had some luck with contacting them on instagram, you may want to try that if you're able, not that it was much help, but at least I spoke with someone.
English

@JFL_TORONTO I bought a pass on Monday but still haven't got anything to activate my account. Emailed, but haven't heard back. Really want to book shows with my credits and buy another headliner ticket at the discounted price. Any chance you can help to get it activated?
English

@Delta why will your airline not reissue my e-credit with my name change? I've got married since my credit was issued and need to have it changed to my new last name, but your representatives cannot figure out a way to reissue for me. I need to be able to use this credit.
English

@Delta I need to change the last name on my e-credit. Since receiving the credit I have gotten married and changed my last name. I want to use it on an upcoming flight, but need to book with the name on my passport, which doesn't match the name on my credit. How can I do this?

There is a huge amount of collective trauma and grief today across the country due to this discovery.
May the families, their nations and all survivors of residential schools be surrounded by love and support. #AllOurRelations

Jonathan is a pro. So impressed with his interviewing skills, presentation, and look at the fun art! Great conversation, even if 80% of it is me recounting all my career failures. Listen: careercrossroadspodcast.com/25

Of course, the one time I don't play @tylerbertuzzi on my team this week he gets 2 goals. Fantasy hockey is both exciting and heart breaking at the same time 💔😂

@canadaposthelps The sender has submitted a trace request. You have deemed the package lost. Case closed. Now I'm stuck without my package that I paid for and you're saying there's nothing you can do about it. Yet you lost the package! The sender and myself did everything right. What now?
English

@n_collaton @n_collaton We're sorry to learn. The Sender may submit a trace request:
If domestic: submit a ticket at ow.ly/dRIo30r0ZrN
If Int'l: initiate a trace with the postal service used to send the items. They will then work with our claims team to investigate.
English

Seriously @canadaposthelps you deem a package as "lost" and thats it? It's ok for you to lose a very important package and there's no consequences? No refund? What exactly are receivers supposed to do when your company is careless with their package? This is not the senders fault
