Ring camera footage shows the teen relentlessly firing at the terrified dogs as they try to hide. He is seen getting on his knees to shoot underneath an SUV at one dog trying to take cover. Gel bullets can be heard striking cars in the driveway and the side of the house. One dog is cornered between two homes as the teen continues advancing.
