So:
BYU is 11-2 with only loses to #4 twice.
Notre Dame is 10-2 with only losses to #7 and #12.
Alabama is 10-3 with losses to #3, #8 and unranked 5-7 ACC team.
Based on this information, Alabama should undoubtedly be the last team in?..
No wonder the whole country hates Alabama and the SEC.

This is the worst selection committee we've ever had.
Cannot believe Alabama didn't even drop one spot after the SEC title game blowout. Cannot believe they waited until the final reveal to flip Miami-ND. Could have done it at ANY point.

Absolutely insane and indefensible decision. Conference championships have to matter both ways if they matter at all. Weekly rankings can’t change with no new data points if they matter at all. Go back to BCS

May sound easy to you. If the committee leaves out the SEC title game loser for 2 teams that didn't play, that's probably the end of the SEC title game.
