Got the win at Red Rock Canyon Marathon in Nevada for state #35. Enjoyed the training buildup and thankful for opportunity to race.

Has anyone else been waiting 8+ months for their 2019 tax refund from the @IRSnews ? Because I have & it’s frustrating because you are helpless to do anything about it. I call, and in the rare occasion that I don’t get the phone message saying “we are too busy to take your call”

@IRSnews I have been waiting for over 8 months for my 2019 tax refund. Every time I talk to someone at the IRS, they say “it’s being processed” w/out any more information. And the agent has absolutely no empathy. Just says, well there was activity recently...it’s been 8 months!!

Most people love the rise and fall narrative. Attention often goes to the “comeback.” The highs and lows in the sport. But look closely at the mundane, consistent athlete. They endure. The ones addicted to work ethic, not afraid to fail, and competes under any and all conditions.
