@graceleungyl Hey Grace, We wanted to connect with you regarding a potential partnerships ?

I've been testing ChatGPT Agent since it launched, and I'm genuinely impressed by its potential and have seen promising results. (feel a little scary about it tbh)
Lots of immediate ways you can use it for digital marketing tasks: automate simple reporting or data-heavy prep work, UX researching, content researching, data mining…..
Here's my top tips of using ChatGPT Agent:
1/ Pick the Right Task (Do You Even Need Agent Mode?)
Most tasks don't need agent mode. You should only use it for tasks that check ALL these criteria:
→ Need reasoning that connects findings to your specific goals
→ Require complex decision making about what data or sources matter most
→ Involve taking actions across multiple platforms (clicking, scrolling, searching, filtering…)
→ Time-consuming manual task that can't benefit from standard AI automation
Most importantly: what's your risk tolerance level? The sweet spot is tasks that are time-consuming but have manageable risk.
2/ Start with "Observer Mode", Then Iterate
Don't expect excellent results on the first shot. From my experience, it takes at least 2-3 attempts for tasks with enough complexity.
→ Run your first attempt purely to study the agent's approach and where it falls shorts
→ Refine your prompts e.g. adding boundaries, add error handling, before the next run, most of time result will be better
3/ Structure Your Prompts Like Building an AI Agent
Simple prompts won't work for complex tasks. Just like training a new hire, you need detailed guidance.
→ Give workflow direction on how it should approach the task
→ Set boundaries the agent must not cross for security and accuracy: e.g 'never place orders without permission', 'stop after 5 failed attempts'"
4/ Set Realistic Expectations (Agent Mode ≠ God Mode)
Agent mode is powerful but not magical. It can struggle with highly technical work or anything requiring 100% precision.
→ Break overly complex tasks into smaller sub-tasks so the agent can still deliver value
→ Focus on tasks within its proven capability range, like complex research across multiple sites
→ Pivot your approach instead of giving up when you hit limits, always test with low-stakes tasks first to understand its capabilities
5/ Understand Potential Risks & Reduce Them
It can do lots of things for you, both in good and bad ways. The agent runs on a virtual computer that processes your data.
→ Clear browser data regularly from ChatGPT settings (Settings → Data Control → Remote browser data)
→ Never share critical credentials or ask it to handle tasks with direct business consequences without backup plans
