3/3 We didn’t support gatherings which were not held within the rules. So no, Boris wouldn’t have been able to hire a party kit in May 2020.

2/3 Many of those who run party kits went to work as they are key workers. Many didn’t have adequate PPE. Many isolated from their families. Many made sacrifices to keep others safe.
