I never understand the airport pint. Maybe I am just different, but not my thing. Not sure it qualifies for this, but a shower beer after exercise is a thing of beauty.

Having a pint in Gatwick Airport. Got me thinking about what the best kind of pint is. Airport pint is up there, obviously. First pint at a summer wedding? The anticipatory solo pint while waiting for a mate on a Saturday afternoon? Impromptu after-work pint on a Thursday?

The way we learn and think is changing. "...since AI ‘mastered’ the game of Go, the best players have got considerably better" Similarly, I can't envisage a case for coding without AI assistance. Especially for those early to mid on the learning curve.

This is a step forward. It helps understand how chloroplast energetics are poised and buffered against acute environmental changes but resilient to chronic shifts. It suggests pathways for mitochondria to interact with the chloroplast. #plantphys

We previously showed DNP-INT doesn't inhibit electron transport to PSI - it fails to block CO2 assimilation or spectroscopic PSI reduction. Now we show previous work using DNP-INT measured H2O2 artifacts from still active PSI! Retrograde H2O2 signal conveys a PSI acceptor limit.

Our data shows that hydrogen peroxide can only ACCUMULATE at PSI. We agree it may form anywhere along the chloroplast ETC. But if it doesn't accumulate, it can't participate in a direct retrograde signal. The old models are wrong and based on an artifact! academic.oup.com/plphys/advance…

@GMEstavillo @LICOR_ENV @CSIRO I am finding that #li600 can provide great gsw data. We saw no differences between our mutants with #li6800, in the stanardised atmosphere it creates.But under their actual environmental conditions, #li600 really highlighted their differences. Quick to measure, easy to use.
