@pickaroo is a promising service in an app. I hope that they get a really good competition that will come around. Im frustrated with the app and service. I missed an item. They charged me but wasnt delivered. Can someone do this right?!?

Third straight order from @pickaroo that’s arriving late. This one was scheduled for delivery at 4-5pm. It had ingredients we needed to cook dinner. IT’S STILL NOT HERE. And for 2 hours, all their chat agents are practically saying is ‘sorry, merchant’s fault’. WTF BE BETTER

@pickaroo I ordered at 5pm today and chose 7-8 pm today as delivery time. I was not holding my phone since we are in the hospital and when I check my phone your CS cancelled my order because I was not able to respond ASAP. This is so disappointing 😞 😞
