You can cruise through at 120 km/hr without slowing down. No blocked lanes. No barriers. No men standing in front of vehicles. No traffic jams. No drama. Meanwhile, back in India, even after FASTag, we still have long queues, fixed block lanes and huge traffic snarls. And if your tag has a technical issue or low balance, a simple argument can escalate into harassment or even violence over a few hundred rupees. So what's the point of FASTag if we still can't provide a smooth, hassle-free toll experience?
