None of this is groundbreaking on its own. But seeing that every single failed project scored "No" on all six makes it hard to ignore. We've recently released a new, updated version of the checklist – rebuilt based on what we've learned from analyses like this one.

We ran an analysis on our Product Health Checklist, a tool we use internally to assess how our projects are doing. We went through 3 years of our weekly Product Sync meetings and looked at whether any of the ~50 questions in the checklist correlate strongly with project outcomes.
