Destiny 2 is a sequel in name only. The closest we ever came to it being a worthwhile sequel was Forsaken. People give the most mediocre DLCs all the praise in the world that they don't deserve. Literally everything about D2, outside a handful of highlights, is worse than D1.

@3willowo I know that. I was highly interested in patrols going forward because of how good they were, but all the new ones fell incredibly short in comparison. They haven’t been the same since Mallory Schleif left. I don’t think we’ve even had scannable patrols since Edge of Fate.

looking back on it Forsaken really was an insane expansion, wdym we got -2 full-sized patrol spaces -a 6 encounter raid -an entire core playlist -a dungeon the dreaming city is also the most in-depth patrol space ever made
