The initial plan is that they're claimable for those with completed PUNKS comic sets, but there might be other ways to attain them as well e.g. (giveaways, purchase, secondary sales, competitions etc) but will announce those closer to release.

@LucaNetz the moment you sent $100k in ETH it was no longer worth $100k (might have been higher, might have been lower) so thats tough to reconcile on both sides. 44ETH returned seems the right answer and a lesson learned for you next time to use USD when deal is in USD

I’m taking the stance that he asked for $100,000 and not 44E and that he has to return the dollar amount I sent and that he should have stabled. What do you guys think?

Ok twitter I need your help settling something for me. I was doing a deal with someone and I had to pay him $100,000. I paid the $ but I sent $100,000 in ETH 4 weeks ago. He didn’t stable the $ and is insistent in sending me the ETH back now that the deal fell through.
